Catch is an inspired seaside experience. Our Executive Chef, Michael Reardon, is forever inspired by the fresh ingredients that coastal living has in abundance. He has created an amazing menu of Land and Sea offerings like Iowa Pork Chop or the Branzino. Chef Reardon's signature sushi and crudo dishes are a divine exploration into raw cuisine and the farmers' market salads and vegetables are a delight to the palette. Catch has a fresh open feeling with amazing light and energy inspired by Southern California living. The result of this thoughtful design is an intimate lively atmosphere with a dramatic mother of pearl sushi bar at its heart.
